A progressive course taking a small group of participants through all the essential areas of Mindfulness attention training.
Mindfulness is simply awareness of our moment by moment experience.
This mental training has a profound goal: greater decisiveness, clarity and creativity. Participants are 28% less stressed after the six week course.
Every week, participants are supported with a new 10-minute audio home practice and an email round up of what was covered that week.
