The course will develop the individual attention and awareness training, whilst equipping with the techniques to use Mindfulness in daily work and home lives.

By practising awareness of your moment by moment experience and attention you will notice greater clarity, creativity and wisdom.

In the six weekly sessions, this Mindfulness training course will teach you the key foundations of Mindfulness with practical tips and techniques for your daily life plus a weekly audio file to support your meditation at home.


Shirleen Jilla – founder of West London Mindfulness Centre – studied Mindfulness at Oxford University and she did her teacher training at the Mindfulness Training Institute.
