Genesis Mind and Body in conjunction with the West London Mindfulness Centre presents ‘Five Week Mindful Eating Course’ with Shireen Jilla

Distracted by devices, anxiety or time, we gain no pleasure from one of life’s most enjoyable experiences.

Yet colourful food can excite all your senses: making every mouthful a joyful, nourishing experience.

Mindful eating activates the salivary juices, which slows your eating down.

At this course you will learn to:

• Be present and aware when eating
• Free yourself from the handcuffs of your habits
• Create a healthy and happy relationship with food and eating

The result?

You feel fully satisfied by every mouthful you eat, feel full far sooner, ending any urge to binge on unhealthy food.
