Six-Week Introductory Training in Mindfulness
A progressive course that takes a group of participants (between 8-20) through the essential areas of Mindfulness.
This mental training is proven to increase clients focus, attention, productivity, clarity and decisiveness (stats and facts: see Mindfulness website section), whilst equipping you with easily applicable techniques to improve the quality and success of your work and life.
Taught in six weekly classes between an hour and a quarter and an hour and a half long.
Day Long Workshops
