One-to-one coaching and eight week introductory courses all take place on Zoom, unless specially requested to be in your work place.
All group courses outlined can be run from your office, an independent space or online.
Corporate Mindfulness courses are always individually tailored to the needs of the specific teams taking part.

One to One Mindfulness Coaching

FEATURE:
Highly personal, one-to-one coaching, specifically tailored to each client’s needs and concerns, whether they are a boardroom exec or student, Shireen helps them to navigate the changing landscape of their daily lives with ease and freedom.

AIM:
To reduce weekly stress, anxiety and tension that builds up if issues are left unexplored and unresolved. Long term weekly clients find they feel considerably more relaxed, clear headed, energised, decisive and happy after every session.

DURATION:
Weekly hour long session booked in eight-week pre paid blocks.

One-to-One eight-week Introduction to Mindfulness course

FEATURE:
A comprehensive introduction to all aspects of Mindfulness practice, looking at a different facet of our experience every week from body to self judgement and, ultimately, self care.

AIM:
To rapidly reduce tension, stress, difficulty and anxiety, using established tools to help all clients stay present, see more clearly what is going on in their experience and, therefore, act more freely, simply and wisely without their usual knee-jerk habits and reactions that don’t serve them well.

DURATION:
Eight hour-long weekly sessions, booked in advance as a whole course.

AIM:
Mindfulness is a powerful and proven tool to address a number of work issues: : decision making, clarity, focus, teamwork, listening and empathy skills. It is also very effective at encouraging a productive and creative work/life balance

Day Long Workshops

FEATURE:
These intensive day long workshops are powerful and successful team bonding exercises.
Practical exercises carried out in pairs and groups, quickly leads to a sharing of experience and increases individual and group awareness, understanding and empathy.

AIM:
To reduce stress, improve concentration, clarity and decisiveness.

Mindful Eating Courses

FEATURE:
These courses can be either group, individual, weekly or one off.

AIM:
One of the many prevalent problems of our age is mindless eating, while disengaged on devices, unaware of the joy of simply eating. Mindfulness is extraordinarily effective at improving healthy eating, loosing weight and creating a long term healthy attitude to food.

Mindfulness Coach on call

FEATURE:
On the West Coast, tech companies have adopted the practice of having a Mindfulness coach on hand for a set time a week.

The West London Mindfulness Centre offers the same service: a time out with an on-call Mindfulness Coach.

AIM:
Available at specific times for staff to call in for a quick session to deal with a specific issue, or general problems: stress, insomnia, office politics, workload.
